1)一个预订并没有得到证实，直到我们收到预订费。因为我们的运营理念是先到先得。预订费为 一晚 RM 100。
2)若您想取消预订，您必须在一个星期前通知，否则您的预订费将不被退还。
3)在您入宿前，您必须交付RM50或RM100的抵押金（根据你预订的房间）。如果任何快乐小栈的物品不损坏或损失，抵押金将在结账时或通过网上转账退还给我们的客户。
4)我们不提供日常内部清理。然而，客人务必保持快乐小栈的整洁。
5)禁止在快乐小栈内吸烟。然而，吸烟者可以到阳台吸烟。
6)旅游者或外国人需要提供护照复印件。

1)A booking is not confirmed until the booking fee is received since we operate on first come first serve basis. Booking fee is RM 100 per night.
2)Any booking deposit paid is not refundable unless the reservation is cancelled one week before the exact date.
3)The RM50 or RM100 security deposit (depending on the room booked) have to be paid before staying in. Security deposit will be refunded to our guest(s) during checkout or via Online Transfer if there is no damage/ loss of any property in Happy Homestay.
4)We do not provide daily house keeping. However, guest(s) is required to maintain Happy Homestay cleanliness.
5)No smoking in Happy Homestay. However, smokers are allowed to smoke at the balcony.
6)Tourist/ foreigners is required to provide a photocopy of their Passport.
